Questions owners ask before they connect
Will the posts and replies sound like a robot?
They read like you because they are written from your own answers, service list and review history. You can edit any draft, and every edit teaches the voice model. Most owners stop editing after the second week.
Do I have to approve everything?
No. Once you switch scheduling on, posts go out by themselves, and reviews with 3 to 5 stars get a reply automatically. Reviews with 1 or 2 stars never get a reply from us: they are left for you to answer personally. You can edit a reply on Google after it is sent, and switch automatic replies off at any time.
I already pay an agency. Why switch?
Most agencies post monthly and reply when they get to it. If yours is doing weekly posts and same day replies, keep them. If you are not sure, run it in parallel and compare.
Is this against Google's terms?
No. We publish through the official Google Business Profile API with permissions you grant, and we never generate fake reviews or incentivize them. Review requests go only to customers you have served.
How long until I see movement?
Activity signals show up first, in profile views and calls. Ranking movement follows once the profile has a consistent record of posts, replies and new reviews.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Everything published stays on your profile, and you can export every draft, reply and report. We remove our access the day you cancel.
Can it handle more than one location?
Not yet. Today each account runs one Business Profile location. If you manage several, please get in touch!
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You sign in with Google and grant access to the profile you manage. You can revoke it from your Google account at any time.
